## Exigence du critère

Conformément à [la réglementation](https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/les-fiches-pratiques-et-les-faq/chambres-dhotes-quelle-est-la-reglementation-applicable?ref=otb.bzh), le petit déjeuner doit être inclus dans la prestation.

## Conseils pratiques

- Intégrez obligatoirement le coût du petit déjeuner dans vos tarifs
- Ne proposez jamais d'option "sans petit déjeuner"
- Communiquez clairement sur cette inclusion
